This acts as a binder, helping the seasoning adhere better. ​Generously sprinkle the Honey Pot Spice blend over the ribs, ensuring an even coating.​Smoking – 3 Hours: Preheat your smoker to 275°F (135°C).​Place the seasoned ribs directly on the smoker grates, bone side down.​Smoke for 3 hours, maintaining a consistent temperature.​Wrapping – 2 Hours: After 3 hours, remove the ribs from the smoker.​Place the ribs on a double layer of aluminum foil.​Add a few pats of salted butter and a generous drizzle of O&C Tennessee Tang BBQ sauce over the ribs.​Wrap the ribs tightly in the foil to retain moisture.​Return the wrapped ribs to the smoker and cook for an additional 2 hours.​Finishing – 1 Hour: Carefully remove the ribs from the foil and place them back on the smoker grates.​Brush a final layer of O&C Tennessee Tang BBQ sauce over the ribs.​Smoke for 1 more hour to set the sauce and develop a beautiful glaze.​Serving: Once done, let the ribs rest for a few minutes.​Slice between the bones and serve hot.​Enjoy the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and smoky flavors!
